November is an important month in the Catholic calendar in which we, as a community remember those who have died. The children 'lit' a candle to remember people in their family who have died and took part in a prayer service asking God to grant them eternal peace in Heaven with him.
During November, we also participated in Team Hope’s Christmas Shoebox Appeal. This is an annual campaign that delivers gifts straight into the hands of children affected by poverty. Often these shoebox gifts are the only gift that a child will receive at Christmas and the joy that they bring is incredible. Well done and thank you to all pupils, parents and staff that donated this year.
