Ash Wednesday begins the 40 days in which the Church calls the faithful to change and to truly prepare us to live the mysteries of the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Ashes made from palms on Palm Sunday were administered by Father McKenna to all staff and pupils today reminding us all of our need for God on the journey of Lent. We ask God to walk with us on our journey this Lent.
