Today our school was buzzing with excitement as we welcomed Eunan from Ulster LGFA and AmyGarland from the Monaghan Ladies Team ahead of the Ulster Ladies Intermediate Championship Final this Saturday, 16th May, in Brewster Park, Enniskillen!
Amy took time to chat with the pupils about the excitement and pride of preparing for such a huge occasion, sharing her hopes of bringing home the win for Monaghan. The children were thrilled to hear all about life as a county player and proudly showed their support by getting jerseys signed and cheering Amy on.
As Amy left the school, she was sent off in style with a huge chorus of good luck wishes and applause. We’re all behind the Monaghan Ladies and wish Amy and the team the very best of luck in the final! 🍀🏐
