We were delighted to join Brendan, Oísín, Fainche and Fionn on Saturday 23rd May 2026 in St. Alphonsus Church, Connons, as they celebrated their First Holy Communion. It was a truly special occasion and a memorable day for all involved. A heartfelt thank you to their parents and to their teacher, Mrs Elaine Hagan, for the care, dedication and encouragement shown in preparing the pupils so thoughtfully for this important sacrament. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Fr. John McKenna for his guidance, support and commitment in helping lead the pupils on this meaningful stage of their faith journey. A special word of appreciation to Connons Choir, whose beautiful music added so much to the warmth and joy of the ceremony. Congratulations once again to Brendan, Oísín, Fainche and Fionn on this important milestone. We wish them every blessing and happiness for the future.
